- Royal Mail Next Day Delivery Guaranteed by 1PM. Cost s £15. This fee fee is waived when you spend £200 or more.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver items the next working day, including Saturdays, with full end-to-end tracking. It is not a guaranteed next-day service, though most items arrive on time.

Royal Mail Next Day Delivery Guaranteed by 1PM
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm ensures delivery by 1 pm the next working day to over 98% of the UK.. It includes tracking, signature on delivery. Items must be dropped off by a specific cut-off time (often by 4:30 pm or one hour before closing).

- Delivery Time: Guaranteed by 1 pm on the next working day (Monday-Friday).
- Coverage: Available across most of the UK, though exclusions apply to some remote areas.
- Cut-off Times: Orders must be placed and paid for by 3 PM.
- Tracking & Security: Full tracking, GPS confirmation, and signature are required.
- Compensation: If the item is not delivered by 1 pm, you may be entitled to a free shipping voucher.
- Exceptions: Certain postcode areas (e.g., in remote Scotland, Islands) may have longer delivery times.
Exceptions and Important Notes
Exceptions to 1 PM Guarantee: In some cases, such as in rural areas, this might be delivered by the end of the day, though the 1 pm guarantee applies for most destinations.
- Bank Holidays/Weekends: Next day usually refers to working days.
- Missing 1 PM Target: If the delivery is late, you can claim back your postage by way of a free shipping voucher.
Free Delivery
We offer a free delivery voucher when the Royal Mail or our warehouse fail to get it to you in line with the timings stated above. However this is at our discretion.
What is the delivery time for order?

Processing Orders & Tracking Codes
You will receive a notification via your registered email once your order has been shipped and marked as completed. The tracking code is provided as a note on your order. You can follow your package to your chosen destination. Orders received after 3 PM on Fridays will be processed but will not be shipped until Monday.
What countries do you deliver to?
We only deliver to addresses within the UK and Ireland.
How long will it take you to deliver my order?
Our delivery time depends on your location of residency. See below for excluded areas from next-day delivery.
Within the United Kingdom, we provide next-day delivery except at weekends. If you place an order after 3 PM on Friday it’ll be shipped on Monday and you will receive it on Tuesday. Please submit orders and pay by 3 PM for same-day shipping. Items not paid for by 3 PM will not be shipped the same day but will be sent the order the next working day in the AM.

I haven’t received my order and the expected delivery date has passed. How can I resolve this?
