I no longer want the product, can I send it back and get a refund?
Unfortunately for health and safety reasons we do not except returns. Therefore we can not refund your order.
I received the incorrect product, what can be done?
If you have received the wrong product and would like a replacement or refund, it is your duty to inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Failure to do this will waive your right to a refund or replacement.
My order arrived damaged, can you help?
If you discover any damage in the packaging or have any questions or concerns related to the medicines purchased, please contact our customer care team using the contact form or live chat on our website.
I have not received my order, can I get a refund?
We do not refund orders that do not arrive as this is typically due to a Royal Mail error. We do however replace missing orders. From time to time, orders can go missing in the postal system. Our policy is to always ensure the customer receives their order. We do typically compensate for the inconvenience by adding 20% extra of product to your original order.
I think my product is fake or defective, can I get a refund?
We take complaints of this nature very seriously. In the event of such a claim we will have the product tested. If the test reveals it is not what it should be then we will either refund you ro replace your order with an alternative prosduct.
